Ok so I put a new distributor in the jeep now it won't start it's getting spark and fuel and it is not 180 out any help wold be great

It just cranked over but no start

Did you index it as outlined in the distributor replacement procedure from the FSM?

Well, I'm no expert on '99 models but I know on my Renix '89, when I replaced the whole distributor, I put it back just SLIGHTLY off and it would crank over but not start, then I got it to start but it ran like death. Finally got it back to the right spot and ran perfectly.... hope that helps... good luck!
