new styler mtr's

hey I am looking at getting a set of 35-12.50-15 goodyear mtr and I can't seem to find them with out the gay white letters! So do you guys know with those tires be a samectrical can I mount the tires with the white letters inside the tires with out ill affects?

I have that exact same tire on my Jeep and they are black walls out. But come to think of it I don't even have black letters on the tires at all. I was informed that since the tire is a symetrical tire it can be mounted and driven in any direction. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong though.

I'm pretty sure i remember hearing that the new Kevlar MT/R's were directional, and the only way to mount them was white letters out. Could be wrong though.

I am stil yet to see an "official" call, but the general consensus around forums is "the LOOK directional, but aren't."

Maybe check with Goodyear or an authorized dealer for assurance before committing.

I called them and they did't help me at all! I guess I will just have to relie on the forum!

My old trooper had goodyear mtr's on it and if I
remember corectly they had the black letters on
the outside.

yeah the old still can mount either way but the new style are what a question!

According to Goodyears website the 35's come with bsl sidewall (black serrated letters) on the outside.
