Yes Its a federal law to not remove them. So you can choose to disobey the law. But you can't brag about it here

On your opinion do you think duals make a big differnce in how deep it sounds? Because I've been comparing videos and the duals seem a helluva lot deeper than just one pipe

Dude I love my duals. I had it going out the back thru a 2 inch pipe single, decided to go and do the duals out the back with 2 1/4" pipe. It definitely gave it a better tone. Like it is deeper and has that flutter I was looking for. Not just the outboard boat engine sound. It has that flutter of a glasspack all the way to the Rev limiter. I didn't have that with the single. With my single it just started screaming like an outboard boat engine after about 3800 rpms. I personally like my dual setup better. If you want a raspy throaty sound go with flowmaster 40 series, and a dual out the back. With a high flow catalytic converter. I personally just liked the flutter of a glasspack. Mine sounds like this guy's. Which is where I fell in love with it. Lol

Be a good decision for sure! Love my duals lol

Not quite sure where you are located but in Tennessee there's a place called "kar kare muffler" they put my 2 1/4 dual exhaust and y pipe, welded on and put hangers in place for 109.25 with tax. Not too shabby.

Ugh prices for quality specialty work are SO high in Maine, because there's no competition.

Oh believe me...We got the rednecks, too. We're mix n match. We have legitimate millionaires and then we have rednecks. For instance, I have an elderly couple that lives down the street. They have 2 3-door garages with a 2010 Camaro, an Impala (newer one), at least 1 50's Chevy, motorcycles, etc. My other neighbor always seems to have either a Porsche Cayenne or a 911 in his driveway. Then on the other hand, I have neighbors who can be seen outside sitting in a couch on their lawn burning stuff, taking riding mowers mudding out on the trails, putting snowblowers on their roofs instead of shoveling (yes, this happened), building hot tubs outside their front doors, vandalizing mail boxes...Yeah Maine is all mix n match.

Alright guys so I'm in another jam again, meaning I bought another cherokee. Run into a few problems but in order for me to encounter more problems I need to get to the engine. And so far the hood does not seem to want to open up for me. I don't think the wire is broke its just not poping open when I pull the lever. And ideas to get it unstuck or even open? I'm trying to avoid ideas of damaging the hood right now but if it comes to it I'll make it happen.
