The leafs springs will be easy. Coils are a different story. Definetly not as hard as dump truck springs haha

I said the same about cutting fenders, you will become better friend with your angle grinder than your fenders one day.

oops. sorry. forgot to answer ur?.
x2. with what customizer1000 said.

angle grinder is just fine to use, but if you have air comp then i would go to harbor freight and get an air saw for like 12bucks. much easier to control than a grinder or sawsall. you won't have to worry about skipping off or making curve cuts with a round disk. jm2 cnts

if you don't have a harbor frieght near you then just have it shipped to you.

This^^ my buzz saw from hf sucks, but it's got a lot of hours on it. But if you don't have a lot of experience with a grinder, the buzz saw is a good investment for around 20 dollars.

true, but if nothing else it will last long enough to trim ur fenders. I got mine from them 3 years ago. its still goin strong. all i do is maintain the oil in it.

You do get what u pay for. so if a $20 air saw lasts you long enough to do ur trimming; ur good. and they warranty all their **** for 90 days and offer a 2 year war. which is pointless on a $12 air saw. thats what i paid for mine.

But its ur rig and ur trim session, do what makes u happy buddy.
post some pics of the finnished product too.

^^^^
I felt like that too but got over it quick when i saw pics of other rigs with 4.5" lift and 33s. its what i wanted and she gave me no arguements...hahaha.

I love the stance. Its beefy looking. But it is not for everyone. I have this "be true to urself" mentality when planning out how i want her to look.

I hate spending money twice, which i almost did because i was gonna go with 31s to avoid cutting. I'm so glad i didn't. Sometimes being true to ur self makes you cut **** off...hahaha.

You want big tires on a Xj and don't want to trim, Good luck with that. Xj's are plagued with small wheel openings.
