The only gains I felt were purely psychological.

I installed Ford XF2E-C4Bs in my '99. Idle is a little smoother. A little. Mind you I run actual gasoline instead of year-old gum like some people seem to fill up with (I have no idea how quality varies so much, but apparently it does...)

New set of injectors definitely cured my cracked #1.
