Another great thing (well, to me) is my disc conversion will still be able to swap over to the D44.
I absolutely loathe drums...

any car with a running engine is worth $150! u can always turn it right over for some more money if u decide to do nothing with it.

Is there an easy way to find what spline count the D44 is?
...without taking it all apart.

Because there are 4 different lockrites, each with a different spline count.
My guess is, its gonna be one of the expensive ones, lol

dont know where you are looking but my catalog only shows 1 XJ D44 lockright. also its a 30spline unit

Thanks guys,

I was looking on PORC Online and they had 4 D44 Lockrites listed...but they were listing all of the Lockrites for all of the Dana axles, and I didnt know which one I would need.
