Need help in understanding Dremel accessories and fittings
I have a cheap $25 rotary tool or dremel.
If you notice in the photo, the mandrel it comes with is just a thin rod.
The rotary wheel is held onto the mandrel with a tiny screw.
It's a hassle to attach a new wheel after one breaks.
I was told it only came with sanding wheels and not cutting wheels.
So, I need to buy cutting wheels.
I was told to buy these Dremel brand cutting wheels.
However, they do not have little circles in the middle, but some weird shape.
I think it's called EZ lock.
Does this mean I also need to get this?
Or do I need to just buy a whole new DREMEL brand dremel,
in additional to the 2 things above.

My dremel is pretty old
Home Depot has 1 1/2 inch cutoff wheels with centered hole that fits 1/8 inch mandrel
If they don't have it granger does.

those ez-lock setups are awesome! I use my dremel a lot at work, and I was going thru a ton of those little screw down wheels. these are quite a bit stronger, and a LOT easier to replace
