It happens all the time. The sw isn't paying attention and transposes a couple digits. Ive been guilty of doing it a few times in my career.

Meh. There are good and bad dealers. Not every single one is out to get you, but remember, it's a business where people expect to make money. Personally, I like buying from private parties, but even they can screw you over. It's all a matter of doing your homework and thinking with your head. Impulse buys don't always work in your favor.
