Winter fuel isn't 8.8 sucky!
I would adjust the TV cable, tune it up (start with plugs, pull one out and check them), is the check engine light on?
I noticed the 703 injectors alot (highly recommended)

I feel like the o2 sensor is the only thing if the Jeep runs ok, that can kill the mpgs that bad!

The last thing I can suggest is to reset the ecm, because it's adjusted to the previous owner. Reset it after each change you do! And report it in this thread, maybe run a tank each change. You should be getting around 260 mile + out of a tank. Good luck and hope to see some increase.

What is the TV cable? Car runs perfect, no codes, starts right up, idles like butter.

Throttle Valve cable (trans kickdown) Improperly adjusted cable will cause poor downshifting and premature trans failure.

noticing a 1mpg drop with the higher ethanol gas. Watch for the sticker on the pumps, if they use more than the state reg. amount they have to put a sticker on the pump. Just noticed that my Costco put a sticker up...

My 2001 automatic is mostly stock on 30" Cooper AT3's and gets around 21mpg on the highway and around 17mpg in the city.
