I'm not sure if I really want to fix it, but how difficult would it be to fix? I plan on driving it till it won't drive anymore.

your jeep has the Y200K bug.

your far left digit is most likely the one stuck so it won't turn to 2.
you could pull the bezel, remove the speedo mech and free up that wheel. or try turning it to 2 by hand.

i know on the older renix clusters, you can pull the e-clips and manually set your speedo to whatever you want/need it to be.

i set mine back to zero when i rebuilt a lot of the drive train. i too am gonna drive this one till it has to be buried. no plans on selling it.
