Default Mean-sounding Cam

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone is running an aftermarket camshaft. I'm looking at one mostly to make it sound mean in addition to a header and 2.5" exhaust. Any suggestions?

No offense but that Jeep in the video sounds like very large toads vigorously procreating.

With that cam you're going to need aftermarket springs and retainers, so i found that summit's cam kit has it all included for a very good price(Here). I plan on doing this cam aswell.

Open header and the most aggressive cam available for the 4.0L will do that. And boy does it sound sexy!

Not necessarily, there will be power gains. $340 for lifters, springs, retainers, timing chain and sprockets alone without the cam is a pretty good deal.

Running an aftermarket cam to sound "cool" isn't necessarily going to make it run any better. If the cam profile doesn't match the rest of your setup (intake, exhaust, gears, tranny...) it might sound different but it doesn't mean it's going to run better. If sound is all you're after, buy a muffler. Swapping cams just for sound is a waste of money.
