Making the switch over to a ZJ.
So recently the clutch and water pump went in my xj so instead of spending at least 1000 for repairs i started to look around for other trucks/jeeps and found a 98 limited zj leather with the 4.0 of course with 190k and the extierier an 8.5/10. They were asking 1500 and grabbed it for 1200$ runs great and couldnt be happier, still get to stay in the jeep fam too.

Water pump is fairly easy and cheap to replace. Clutch is more of a hassle, but not hard to do. Both are time consuming though, but not so much I'd sell it off and get a ZJ. I'm not criticizing your decision, just saying....

You junked it? Sounds like a waste of a good Jeep to me. So whenever your Jeep needs basic maintenance you just junk it and get another? Wow. Congrats on your downgrade.

Junked it over a clutch and water pump? What a waste. I agree with everyone in this thread. You will end up junking the grand soon anyways when it needs a new brake light. Lol
