Losing coolant

Default Losing coolant

I have replaced the radiator, hoses, water pump, and thermostat housing. I will fill it up with water then the next day its empty again I can't figure out what it is? Any thoughts?

Leaking? Or just *poof* gone?

Have you checked the oil to see if water is getting through?

I'm assuming you've looked hard for leaks, but check again with the engine running. Check your oil to see if it is milky. Also check the transmission fluid for it looking like pepto bismol.

On that note, after it has been running for a while, check it once you shut off as well. Mine would only leak once the engine had been shut off for about 30 seconds.

u could also be burning it. head gasket could be blown. does it smell sweet when u run it

The oil is good. It doesn't run hot when it has water it runs strong. I just can't find the leak anywhere...

ur guna start rustin out ur block and radiator if u keep putting straight water in there

So the water is just boiling off? If I add coolant will it fix it?
