Good morning all!

New to the XJ hunt game here and I’m not sure how much rust is too much when looking at used ones. I found a ‘99 XJ in Michigan with 80k on it for $3,000. Looking at it later today and was reviewing the pics that were posted online (See link below). I was curious if the rust in the door and the passenger side rocker is a big cause for concern or if this is just standard. I’ve seen some posts saying “For the love of God run!!” And others saying that rust happens and that you do your best to slow it down while you can. Any advice or tips for looking it over would be greatly appreciated! I’ll be taking pics when I finally get to look at it and I’ll post them later on!
