Default Lockers

So im gonna be getting a nice check from my firedept that i volunteer at next month, and im wanting lockers. I've been doing alot of research lately and i just want to get everyones opinions on diff brands and prefer people comment on ones they have run. Im not looking something expensive like ARB but i need it to hold up on road as this is my DD. any opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! I got the C8.25 29 spline and D30 HP btw.

Any lunchbox locker will do good really. Which do you want to lock first? Id suggest the front first but its all personal opinion.

I ran a locrite on 33s for a loooong time with no issues. Then switched to 35s and wheeled harder and I broke the pins often...

It replaces the spyder gears only instead of the intire carrier. It is small, cheaper, but as shown above not as strong. Most are usually rated for 33's, any larger and you have to watch it just a tad. A full carrier locker is great, but can cost up to and even past double that of a luch box locker.
It shocked me how small it was when i got mine, it could literally fit in a luchbox

I locked the rear only and its great, more power goes to the rear wheels on a 4x4. Mine was about $500. Theyre selling point is it doesnt click or pop on turns like other luchbox lockers. You never notice it anyway in other brands.
My buddy has run an Aussie locker for 3 years on 33's with no issues, they are about $300 or less

If you plan on keeping the axles under it. I would get detroit truetracs as a DD.

Better road manners. No noises. Stronger than a lunchbox.
