Oh ok. Well 4wd does good. Unless they're the ones you're talking about being booked up.

There's a place called desert rat there in AZ I've bought a good amount of stuff from. Not sure where exactly in AZ they are but they have a whole jeep store you might wanna check out.

You could go over to the AZ section and find others who are nearby who are experienced enough and are willing to lend a hand in the lift. It typically takes 1-2 days depending on rust and such. PB plaster is your best friend even if you are in the heaven of no rust vehicles.

Most of the time its worth the wait to have a shop do it that knows exactly what their doing. You can get screwed easy by someone that doesn't know what they are doing or how to do it right.

Yeah, just wait for 4wp to do it. They do great work and take pride in it, at least at the local one.

Yeah I'd stay away from the shadetrees on CL. If anything goes wrong good luck getting it fixed if the guy doesn't stand by his work. I'd wait for an opening at 4wd and have a legit shop do it. At least if something happens or isn't done right they will fix it. And the 4wd by me quoted $425 for my 3" kit. I did it myself but it may be more for a larger kit.
