Rough country is a great company and there lifts are really good, u can go directly to the website www.roughcountry.com its the same lift im running, along with many other people on here. You deff will notice it lifted. If ur on a budget the aal would be fine, but they wear out faster then full leaf packs, if u dont really offroad and just want more for looks aal would be fine aswell, but if your rear leafs are saggy then you should go with full leaf packs, and if you plan to offroad full packs is really the best option. The kit states it takes 4 hours to install... Double or even triple that type if your doing it yourself. Just make sure u take ur time and are fully prepared before you start and do alot of research before hand

RC is a nice package. I recommend save up for the full leafs, that is the best value, your labour/install time is best spent with the full leaf kit rather than possible added problems with the add a leaf install (ex leaf straps, thru bolt, etc) and best spring longevity. The hydro shocks are good also, nitro if you plan to wheel hard and long, shocks made by Monroe Tenneco North American and good qualty.

AAL's are NOT as bad as everybody says, no there not as good as full leaf packs, but if your factory leaf packs are still in good condition, get full length AAL's. I have done them on MANY vehicles, and for the money it's not a bad option.

But, either way, that's a spendy kit since it doesn't even include control arms.

imo aal are only bad if your stock leafs are sagging. if they are the aal kit will bring them back up to spec but it will just last a short time before they sag back down.

It's not that AAL sag so quick as much as they are often paired with the orignal leafs that are already pooched. Since the AAL is then overtaxed on it's desired lift duties we see a lose of lift occur in a short period of time. If we were to add an AAL to a fresh stock leaf set we would see good life in addition to the extra height.

The link posted by Jakob lists the new springs as a +$250 option over the add a leaf package. That is a good deal for fresh springs.

Rough country is the best bang for your buck your going to find, and their vendor on this forum gives promotions to jeepcherokeeforum users to boot.

but I dont know what your expecting from the 3.5, but i bought their 4.5 kit with full leafs and every thing is great but im still looking for more height.

Ok thanks, I just got brand new stock leafs, they are going in next week, so I'd be ok with an AAL then I guess.
