Thanks a lot. It took a lot of hours of dreaming and planning, but thats true of any worthwhile project. I'm still working on the rear swing out. If I had all the tools I need it would be much faster. The rear is like 4 months in the design and fab process. I think the next big tool I need is a brake/ shear combo. Than I would like a tube bender. OOOH and a table top CNC plasma or water jet, and a lift, and a bigger compressor, and the list goes on ad on and on.

you are one hell of a crafts mani love your design for your bumper. unfortunatly i do not have 4wd so i have no use for winches and big awesome bumpers...

Here are pics of my home made fron and rear bumpers. I'm not much of a fan of park benches and patios on the front, but I do plan on adding a winch plate later on down the road.

Thanks, the front still needs about 7 more bolts before I can use it for recovery, but the holes are drilled. I also think the front could use a little more "refining"
