i was supposed to get a jcr light bar for christmas, but it didnt ship in time. the messed up part is my parents ordered it well over a month ago. i even got the lights im putting on it, so i cant even mount it up... Any ideas on why it might not have come? like maybe their on vacation or its backordered? They haven't responded to my dads emails yet either.. Has anyone had this kind of service from jcr offroad?

 

Use the phone. They get a lot of emails, ask for shipping date, and get a tracking number.

 

I've heard a few stories like this but for the most part its pretty rare.

yea i was looking for a tracking number and i think im going to try calling on either monday or tuesday. Im not sure if Monday could be considered a work holiday

 

Most places are starting back after the 2nd.

 

i order a set of sliders from them on the black friday sale and they came in like 2-3 weeks later had a good experience with and will buy again i would get the tracking # and check that

 

I called about this last year and got the whole scoop. They make everything in batches that was ordered on black Friday. It takes them a while. Then they take a break so they can enjoy the holidays. Then they start back finishing up all of the orders. It may take a while but if you wait, you won't be disappointed their stuff is amazing.

 

Last I heard, they were on vacation until the 3rd.

As has been stated, they do batch orders so they're stuff doesn't get shipped individually and they're on vacation until the 3rd. I ordered their bumper tie in brackets and wasn't too impressed. I had to hog out the holes they put in them for the bolts to actually line up and I had to buy more bolts and washers they didn't send with the brackets. I've heard they're a good company to go through though so it may have just been one of those "far and few between" instances I had.
