reverse a little bit or have him pull you really slow backwards while you are in neutral(and the jeep off) and try to get it into gear

Did you get your tcase fixed yet? Check your linkage, that happened to me when I got stuck really bad. I couldn't get into 4 lo. The linkage is easy to fix if thats the problem.

Are you able to use 2wd? If so I would just hook the 2nd cherokee to yours, and have it pull u out in 4 while your in 2... Weve used the jeep train to pull dead vehicles out of some very hard trails (everyone I wheel with is on 33's or bigger and we get into some tough spots)
I hate that this site is so national... If you were nearby I would come get you.

Lol, but we weren't wheeling alone so it was fine. You aint seen nothin yet, ask Jon about Connors trooper... Alternator belt shredded and he snapped a axle shaft, we pulled him out of the trails as a 3 jeep train, then once we got on the road my brother pulled him 4 miles to the nearest gas station. Completely dead weight. We don't leave people behind lol.
Oh, and the kid with the tan xj called me today, he is going to get the leafs tomorrow, and he is prolly gonna come to the meet and greet.

Yeah it could be worse, im getting a tow to my house and then I got one he'll of a project lol, so anybody know alot about transfer cases that could help walk me through how to fix it. The issue is it keeps on slippingnout of get and the pin that goes into the suspension to stabilize it came out.

I'm the one who pulled him out and yes, something in the mud caused something on his linkage to break. I had to hit it with a hammer just to get into 2 wheel. Even after that it can't go over 10 without making a loud grinding noise. Looks like a part that helps suspend the linkage line got bent real bad on one side. It is really loose when you try to mess with it. At least we'll have time to work on it!
Pics will come tomorrow!!!

Ok i dont have all the pics of the rescue mission but i have after pics, my buddy has most of them and ill get those on soon

This is 15 mins before i got stuck, i hit some 3 wheel motion

this is what i was stuck in, i made a massive mess

This is my jeep after getting pulled out, remember that it sat in that hole for 24 hours

And thats the front of my car after, my pontiac symbol made it through ok lol
Took only about 10 mins to pull me out once we got the 2x4s under the tires and hooked up the recovery straps
