thats like the time i got stuck. it didnt look that bad. i could rock it a little bit then nothing. just tires spinning. took 8 trucks and 7 tow straps to get me out. and one was a diesel dodge 3500 locked from and rear with 37's.
soft tug, hard tug, snatched, sideways, forwards, backward you name it we tried it. Even tried to jack up the jeep. nothing. finally they worked me out tho and boy did i come flying out

Hey man
This is very easy, go buy a come along... its your best bet. Go down there with a friend, back there jeep up as close as u can get and still have hard surface, hook the come along to there hitch. DO NOT PULL AXLE TO AXLE, if that is your only option, get a come along and alot of strap, and wrap it around the nearest tree, it will take a while, and you will work up a sweat probably, but its the best option.
Never wheel alone for future reference also... I used to do it alot when I was in highschool, fortunately I had alot of friends also wheeling and my brother was always 1 step behind. Anytime I got stuck I never let my vehicle stay overnight. I don't trust people, and especially if you were somewhere illegal chances are you could get in alot of trouble.
Good luck, and if you need any advice shoot me a PM I will help you step by step if need be.

He should be done by now..
Unless they got the other Cherokee stuck too..
But I bet he will learn his lesson about wheeling alone and without towpoints
