Default Jeep Pop-Up Camper

Was searching the net and found that. Mopar is selling a jeep pop-up camper as an accessory at jeep dealerships. And man they are awesome, I have got to get the extreme edition pop-up camper they sell. Here's the article i found for it.

Meh, these have been out for quite some time now and old news to the offroad community.. Small and very expensive... consensus i have seen is that unless you got money to kill, there are better ways to go..

That's the point. It's not supposed to be some big giant camper, it's supposed to be small so you can take it off road. The extreme edition comes standerd with 35" tall tires and a 15" Ground clearance and is capable of accommodating up to 37" Tall tires. It is very off road friendly and its all you would need for 2 People. It beats sleeping in a tent on the ground or in the back of a cherokee.

Sorry but I've never seen or heard about them before. And there priced pretty much the same as most pop-up campers.

Hmmm sorry.. With it coming out last summer figured different. And to the cost.. for the size of the camper IMO there are better options out there.. But hey to each there own.. It is a cool little camper and im sure would surve well draging around the wild as it was built to do..

I know they came out last summer by reading the artical, but still when they came out i never heard or seen anything about them. I quess they didn't make a big effort to make them known to the public.
but still i think there pretty sweet. I would rather buy one of the jeep pop-ups then any other pop-up. Most pop-ups go for around the 8,000 range but are stock and low to the ground. Jeep in my opinion is priced pretty fare considering what you get for it being off-road capable.

i like the idea, but in this country you could pick up an old army sankey trailer for a couple of hundred and convert your own, they are very tuff built to.
but i do agree, better then sleeping the floor.
we dont get much sun here pmsl
