0331 is the most prone to cracking, 0630s are much less likely to crack than the 0331, but more likely than 7120s (91-95 heads). Remember a 0630 head on an 00-01 will either require fab'ing up a custom bracket for the coil packs or swapping them out with a dodge viper coil.
