Ive noticed that alot of renix jeeps have a knock, including mine.
How many of you renix owners have a knock?

 

mine has the typical valve ticky ticky,no knock

 

Ditto, and I don't even have Renix. It's part of that whole 'Jeep Thing' everyone talks about.

Knocking is usually not a good sign. Hows the oil pressure?

 

Thats not what this thread is about, Im just asking how many people with renix jeeps have it. I saw 5 renix's today that had it.

20psi at 55, its part of that "drive it till it blows" thing everyone talks about.

 

Mine don't knock, but it Ticks, clicks, pops, don't start real well and leaks randomly..

 

Mine does everything fine but leaks about a quarter sized drop everywhere I park it. I hate that

yep chitty chitty bang bang my fine four wheeled friend, yes EUGENE does that with 210456 on the clock

 

That's not leaking that's marking it's territory.

 

Not sure if mine does or not. I can't hear past the squeaks, creaks, taps, wind noise, and my tools/spare tire banging around in the back.

 

yeah x2 i cant hear the knock over the cracked exhaust manifold

 

It's annoying as heck! But the weird thing is that the knocking comes and goes...haven't heard it in about a week or so. I can also feeling it under my left foot when I'm driving...but I can't find anything wrong when I looked underneath.
