what are the major differences between the 2007 cherokee and 2010?

Well, i'm not sure, considering neither of them exist. The Cherokee stopped at 2001. If you mean GRAND Cherokee, they changed quite a bit. Check wikipedia, or something.

The body did not change much, if at all between 2007 and 2010. The 2011 model is when the new body style comes out. The only major difference between the two years is price.
