Definitely keep the XJ, but would have a few other off roaders and on-roaders.
I would find the condo-lover that owns the land around Lion's back and Dump Bump in Moab, make him an offer he can't refuse, and re-open the area. It would be free, but you would have to sign very well-worded waivers so I am not responsible for other's stupidity.
XJ-wise, I would get a high pinion 9" from Currie for the front of mine, because I keep thinking that would be badass. I might do that eventually without the lottery. For the all out crawler, I might not start with an XJ. or anything - just a fab-queen that someone smart builds

I take that back on agreeing with you.. Look at 23 seconds... For a high dollar ride like this, the cage sure is warped and out of square...

Well after hiring a lawyer, an accountant, and a body guard. (to keep myself out of trouble, and to keep other trouble away) I would keep my XJ. Buy a nicer home, Two nice cars for me and the wife. And probably invest the rest. Because I wouldn't be working ever again.

id do what im doing to mine rightnow, just the fact that im working for my money means that it takes time
id have my 89 cages with a 3 link front 4 link rear with a d44 front with unlocking hubs and a 44 or 60 rear with a detroit, arb in the front so i can turn lol, on 37s with a stroker motor turbo charged just to say it is
dana 300/231 double tcase with a twin stick
and instead of paying you to build it id go build a shop at my new house that id have and buy my own tools and build it myself.
then id get a f250 diesel with the 7.3L motor to pull it with so i can get to Fordyce creek and the rubicon and back

1. I'd keep my current 99 and just build it to my dream specs.
2. Buy a nice big plot of land in the mountains, build my own house, and create a Jeep trail.
3. Build a nice car barn equivalent to about a 10 car garage with 6 bay doors and 2 stories. It's have 3 car lifts and in ground bays. Figure 3 complete tool stations, full air throughout, and the obligatory "man cave" upstairs.
4. Then I'd fill it with:
My current 1999 XJ built to dream specs - road legal, but mainly trail use
2010 Ford Escape - for my wife
2010 Ford F150 FX4 crew cab - for the handy man stuff i love to do
1969 Chevy Camaro SS - gotta have some classic muscle
2010 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe - my DD
All the stuff for general yard upkeep
A couple ATV's
A couple jet skis for trips to the lake
4. The rest would be wisely invested so I could live off the interest. I'd still work, but much fewer hours. I could be the only non-senior greeter at Walmart

If I won the lottery, I probably would never own a Jeep again. Would go with a Ford Raptor and a NGO spec Toyota Land Cruiser (none of the frufru stuff). Raptor would stay stock, and use it for my various weather chases. The Toyota would be built (it is a diesel btw) for super long overland expeditions all around the world. I am sure that after taxes and charitable donations, I could do about five years worth of driving from around the world. I'd film everything of course, then come home and go back to work.

I'd keep my cherokee as DD/wheeler, buy comanche, and buy a house; and save the rest.
