Looks like a 16" Procomp 6001 or 8101 to me

Every set of wheels I've ever had usually had engraved or stamped info on the inside, you would have to remove the tire from the wheel to see it, however. Take it down to a local tire shop (with a six-pack for the tech, this will get you far, LOL) when they aren't too busy and have them pull the tire to see if there's any info in there. They may charge you, they may not, I have had good luck on onesie-twosie type things...

The backside of the wheel has info on the spokes sometimes
