Default Identify this hose.

This picture is all I have to go off of, I don't own a XJ. Asking for someone since I can't look at it myself in person yet. 99 Cherokee 4.0 front driver's side. They say that when they got up under there to look, they couldn't tell where it went (no jack). Also probably unrelated, they said that they could see coolant on the underside of whatever was above where the hose led. Just asking before I go look at it myself. As you can see the hose is slightly kinked/collapsed, which is what brought up the question in the first place. Thanks.

Guessing I am looking at the drivers side front. Also guessing that is the front diff breather hose. If so just needs to be secured back up probably.

Looks like a power steering hose or something.. looks way to damn big for a diff hose. A diff hose is only like 1/4". That looks like 3/4 or 5/8 but the picture is pretty deceiving.
