Help identify this hose
1987 xj 4.0 5spd
I need to replace this coolant hose. Trying to get a part number. It looks like it has a metal T that is a all in one unit. It goes from the bottom of the T-Stat housing. Then T's off to the top of the coolant bottle and to the heater core

It use to have a vacuum controlled valve there for the heater. Some here say it doesn't matter if the 200* water is flowing through your heater core in the AZ summer, since the vent doors keep the heat from coming into the cab. They might be right. (the original valve is prone to breaking and causing allot of grief!)
