Help identify this hose

I need to replace this coolant hose. Trying to get a part number. It looks like it has a metal T that is a all in one unit. It goes from the bottom of the T-Stat housing. Then T's off to the top of the coolant bottle and to the heater core

It use to have a vacuum controlled valve there for the heater. Some here say it doesn't matter if the 200* water is flowing through your heater core in the AZ summer, since the vent doors keep the heat from coming into the cab. They might be right.
