Anyone know a good place to get screws and other hardware for my door panels? Jeep Cherokee 98 Sport 4x4 4.0 liter.

Actually it's just the screws I need. I think I have everything else covered.

Ummm... The hardware store?

 

Go to the junkyard and get what you need.

 

I'd def check the JY. But I have noticed the more those panels come on then off the more loose they seem to get and the harder they become to keep held up.

 

If you still have one of the old screws, take it to the hardware store and get another one or 4.

 

All good suggestions, and yeah I thought of the hardware store and a junk yard. They look pretty specialized and just wanted to get the same thing, and didn't know if there was some kind of hardware kit somewhere for the door panels. I also have an issue with the arm rest coverings coming off, curling up around the edges where they fit on. The heat where I live bakes everything to a crisp.

I have the hardware for the passenger side, and some of the driver side screws. Daughter banged into the panel getting her bike out and the parts went flying. Ah kids. lol

I'll put them in a baggy and take them around with me and try to find a match.

Also, adding to the thread (or should I start another?), anyone know of an aftermarket part for the plastic business part of a window regulator? I thought I saw a metal option (for a ridiculous price) somewhere a few years ago and bought it, but a buddy busted the screw tube putting it back in. It's the commonly broken plastic piece that fails with this crappy design. Hell I still have that part on the failed regulator. I should be able to transfer it but will need three more for the other regulators.

Any thoughts? Thanks again for help for a stupid question.
