The other guy, and his passenger, seemed fine. I believe that he refused treatment, his passenger rode to the ER though. For me the wreck was just a sudden and violent stop. They got turned quickly 90* to the right, that twisting is never good.
As for fault percentages, I've never heard of such a thing.
The other driver was cited for failure to yield right of way, he admitted fault.

the police report said it was her fault..she admitted it was her fault..everything said it was her fault...yet they held my step dad 30% responcible...so he got 30% less back then what his cars damage was praised at...it really pissed him off so he called the insurance company and had a few words with them and just asked what is your method of coming to the decision of how much at fault somebody is...and they said they dont have a method...so he asked what was the science behind it and they said there is no science...she ended up coming straight out and saying its just a guesstimation and all insurance companies are doing it now..
they told him that he should have seen her coming and that is what he was held 30% at fault...he then told them that he DID see her and thats whey HE stopped but she didnt and hit the side of his lexus...well all they could respond with was he shoulda seen her coming...so if thats the case, there is no such thing as an accident anymore..every one should see ahead of time and know that they are going to get into a wreck and adjust to it...

wow. what company was this? I hope not all of them are doing this. that is complete BS.
to the OP, glad to hear youre alright and its just things that are replaceable that got hurt.
you'll be riding in a Jeep again in no time i'm sure
