Get out there and double check your work. Cable busted? Gear not set correct? Problem at the cluster? Operator error? Only way to finger it out is to get out there and touch it, man...

lol, You're a funny guy.
HEEEEELP! HEEEEEELPPPP!
You've got almost half the value of the Jeep tied up in a transmission swap by now.
There's no real good way to help you since no one knows what you've done at this point. Did you put the speedo gear in the t-case? Did you put the speedo gear on the sensor? Are they meshed correctly? Are they stripped?

Report back.
First thing I'd do is pull the sensor out of the t-case. Pull the gear off of the sensor. Clamp an electric drill onto the end of the sensor. Now, turn the key on and have someone watch the speedometer while you spin the sensor with the drill. Don't over do it. About 1/4 speed on the drill will tell you if it's something upstream of the sensor or not. That will take 5 minutes and get you aimed in a better direction. If the speedo works like this means something isn't happy with your speedo gears.
Report back.
Ok so power drill trick worked and speedo works tryed to stick the gear in more and it worked bt still no speedo
the teeth on the old and new gear are the same both have 30 teeth
What do i do now

So if you got the speedo to work that way, then your problem is inside where the gear is. What do you mean you stuck the gear in more and it worked but still no speedo? Does it or does it not work? The number of teeth don't mean squat if they aren't meshing together.
There is another solution to this. Do you have a smartphone? Get Torque Pro, and a bluetooth dongle (if you're OBDII) and use the virtual dashboard, it uses GPS to calculate your speed. Problem solved.

Are the teeth on the gear in the t-case stripped out? Is it keyed correctly? Can you reach in the hole and spin it with your finger? Is it in the correct spot?
