Brakes:

I've seen drum and disc brakes, drums and discs break, but never drum or disc breaks.

Use a screwdriver to get the pilot out.

I've used a small die grinder and/or a small sharp chisel to get them out. Just be careful.

Ok so broke the bearing edge to get the needle bearings out then got the puller in there and got the bearing out it came out with a bushing so i tryed to find a new bearing and nowhere could i find one that fits so i had to pull the broken bearing out of the bushing and get the bushing machine out got that all done now the new pilot bearing in there

Also got a clutch line made

Your flywheel should be fine, but you will need to change the pilot bushing/bearing to one for the AX15.
As to the xfer case, I would chase done a good used with the 23 spline. then if you ned one later, its not an issue trying to find a 21 spline one. Any slavage yard would have one and change it out in the woods if needed.
