Default I got a Jeep!

Well, I'm now officially a member of the club!

I first fell in love with the Cherokee back in high school and now I own one!

In the shop for a quick brake job and I'll have it back in a couple days!

First rock climbing trip this weekend!

Nice! Make sure to do a real good check over the cooling system. Real late 99's-01's have the 0331 head. Not all crack, but they do have a bad rap for it, so take real good care of the cooling system to keep those engine temps down.

Front rotors need to be replaced and I need a couple days to go get the title transferred and all so I'm picking it up on Thursday.

I work during the DMV operating hours so I won't be able to get there until Thurs...

Thanks man!

I feel very lucky to have found it. Cleanest one I've seen yet and I looked at about 6 of these!

I had the whole car checked over and they didn't see anything to raise any concerns about the cooling system. I'll pay real close attention this weekend and do some research about this for the future in case I have any issues.

Thanks for the heads up.

Nicely done! It's a real good looking rig. What are your plans for it?

Thanks!

Its primary purpose will be to get me to and from rock climbing trips in WI and KY. It'll also serve as a winter vehicle when the snow hits Chicago.

Won't be too much off roading, maybe a little in KY.

rock climbing? as in real physical climbing on cliffs? haha I really like to look at 4wheelparts because they have a TON of stuff, then go find better prices on other websites.

Yup, vertical 100 ft walls, the Jeep will do nicely for 4 people + gear + the dog!

Thanks for all the recommendations.
