Damn phone 1 sec. I'm pretty close to straight vertical. Phone won't let me upload says there's an error and it has been reported.

Ideally it should be at a 45 degree angle - not vertical

45 to the rear. And yes, it matters if you're running lift shackles.

What most people I know have done (including myself) is purchase this item. I have the set on my XJ & the angles are adjustable until you get what you're looking for. They might add a small amount of lift (about .75") which isn't much.
