I just did one. This is a good write up to follow. (http://jeephorizons.com/tech/radiatorflush.html ) I pull my drain plug and emptied it out then flushed it with water, then flushed with water and PEAK radiator flush then water again then drains it out and filled it with new coolant.

Heres what came out of mine!!!!

U will get more old coolant out and emptied a lot quicker if u remove the lower rad hose from the water pump vs draining thru the petcock on the rad. Remove both the heater hose and the top rad hose from the t-stat housing. Stick a garden hose to the heater hose and that will flush the heater core. Stick the garden hose in the top rad hose and that will flush the rad. Stick the garden hose on the small nipple on the t-stat housing and that will flush the cyl head/block.
