the Cherokee did not Change from 1997 to 2001

 

There are many little differences between the 97 to 2001 model years. They may look the same, but if you have the wrong year manual it can be very frustrating when the wiring us different, the emissions equipment is different, and the HVAC system is different.

 

damn I feel dumb lol

 

I've been looking but nothing yet for a 97.

 

Also, the 00-01 have a LP d30, 0331 head, different exhaust, and coil packs instead of the dizzy. A lot of the gaskets for the motor are different as well.
