I assumed he was talking about the video he posted? I can't see it so I'm not sure. Figured it was something about the SRT8

I've read the thread, and I understand. You first drove on the Autobahn going 120. And going 100mph is "casual" to you. Well, you aren't in Germany anymore. American highways weren't designed for 100mph speeds. What I don't understand is how anybody could not realize they are going 100mph...

You may not be looking for a lecture, but maybe you need one.

Okay, I deleted my overly-sarcastic response, and I'll say this: If you've read the thread, and you think a lecture will make it better, you don't understand. I've twice explained that I know I'm not in Europe, but it isn't something I can suddenly stop doing.

Thanks, man. I figured there would be a few people trying to educate me, but I didn't expect to be verbally molested. I feel violated

"What I don't understand is how anybody could not realize they are going 100mph..."

It's called Alzheimer's Disease:
Poor judgment and loss of ability to recognize danger
Difficulty doing basic tasks, such as preparing meals, choosing proper clothing, and driving

God I feel old saying this but maybe you don't need a "lecture" but an "experience" to get you to think about what your doing.......A deer and some gravel in the road changed a lot 2 weeks before my 30th b-day.......my ribs still hurt and my spleen is still healing.......about 11 months later.........

Hes just a kid... That explains a lot.

I just go with the flow pesonally whether it be the weather or the people driving. Weekday mornings i set the cruise at about 65 in a 60. Rolling at about 67ish with the tires vs my speedometer. Backroads and winding state roads I try to do less than or equal to the limit due to deer and other 4 legged creatures. Dirt roads about 20-40

I didn't read the whole thread but I don't think my box on wheels could hit triple digits. I usually go the speed limit or 5 miles over. The only thing that hits triple digits in my house is the cbr.
