the angle allows you to get your front tire up more before your rear hits. if you cant get that high with a lower angle its fine but if you get any more somehow you will need a new ramp.

But today the standard is considered the 30 degree ramp ,because most bolt on lifts will run out a 20-23 degree ramp today ...But you don't need a ramp for rti just get on a site with a calculator and plug in how high you can raise 1 tire b4 lifting another and your wheelbase ,and you can see your scores for 20/23/30 degree ramps

^^^ don't take people words to heart... what ever gets the job done dude I flex out on a sloped cement wall all the time & just hit an actual RTI ramp the other day! Held the best flex in the full size SUV jeep class at the teraflex all jeep show!!! My score was 645, even better than the long arm ZJs that were there!

Hell yea man that's badass i always like seeing a well put together short arm rig. That's probably putting hella stress on your uni-body though

I could care less about the body (i know, "but its a 2 door") I picked the thing up stock when I was 18ish for $500... who cares! Like a always say LA's may ride nice, but don't give you much if any more flex!
