Help!!!Wet Floor!!!
I have a leak under dash and cannot figure out where it is coming from. Not the roof rails i resealed those with marine epoxy in screw holes and tested. Not from around the doors. I cleaned the drain tube for the heater box where it drains out under the hood and still no luck. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Might be a stupid suggestion but could it be that your floor pan has rusted out and water is splashing from underneath?

No because the water drips down from under the dash like off of the cover to the heater box. The jeep is solid and has a great undercoating on it.

Just an idea
What if you go to one of those self serve car washes with a buddy and have him use the pressure spray in different areas while you crawl under the dash with a flashlight to watch where it might be coming from.

Yeah we did that too, but still no luck. I'm tellin ya its effin weird. There is a cover up under there it collects in and drips from and removing it doesn't help because you can't really tell much about it.

I understand that well! LOL, as a plumber each time I get a service call and the customer tells me where it's coming from it's almost always wrong. Water can really travel far and can start from a weird location.
How about the louvers where the windshield wipers are? It's dark so I can't go out and look for myself but is it possible to take that piece off from the outside and take a look? I'm totally throwing darts here of course.

I even went as far as to take the fender off and seal the grommet around the antenna. I forgot to mention that also found the water once running down the coax for the antenna. I'm stumped. Don't really have as much time to do what i want that is why i ask questions on here. My job requires me to be away from home too much and really can't do much in the parking lot of motel. LOL!

I have even taken the dash out, head liner, wiper cowl, and the fender. If i just had another person to help when i'm in the mood to tear apart i would be in great shape. The wife just can't help, got two kids knee high running around.

there was a thread about this which was really good. I have a 92 xj and under my windshield washer resivouir is the heater core (i think, not too good with heater stuff) but any way there is a cylinder protruding from the firewall with a short 90 degree rubber hose that leads into the fire wall and the angle of the firewall there would lead water directly to the bottom of the hose.
2nd. they were saying that there is a heater condensation drain valve which can get blocked or corrode and leak back into the cabin. it has no access other than curring out a small circular hole in the passenger front fenderwell and attaching new tubing
my solution was to strip carpet, gring rust, weld patches and then rhino line it. I then popped out my drain plug and left it loose so that all I have to do is squeegee water towars it with my hand and it drains through the mm or so gap. I know its not exactly a fix but whatever. it works for now and the water doesnt hurt anything anymore
