Bad heater core or clogged heater core.

it doesn't blow at all, or it doesn't blow hot?

If it doesnt blow at all and there is some hot air coming out it's most likely the blower motor on the passenger side of the firewall. If it's blowing but not hot its probably the heater core.

It doesn't blow at all so its probably the blower motor and not the fuse...

you kinda have to get a new one. a blower motor isn't something i would get from a junkyard.
besides, first check the harness for current, if there is voltage going to the motor, then replace it.
the blower motor in my '97 is going out, and so far i have been very successful getting it to work by tapping it with a wrench through the passenger floorboard area.

Definitely check for current in the wires.
I wouldn't buy a used blower from a JY. Just get a new one.
I just replaced the blower and resistor in my 97 after fighting with it for 2 winters.

Tural- My 4 seasons blower is still quiet after a couple months of hard use.

consider taking it in! weigh the cost and aggravation of hit & miss trial and error
