Hey all. I'm new... So I'm sorry if this is posted in the wrong spot!

I have a 98 Cherokee and the heat is shot. Nothing blows from the vents or defroster, but when I'm accelerating and I feel air pushed through the vents it's hot. I'm assuming it's just a bad blower motor, no?

I'm not mechanically inclined, and everyone is miserably failing to help. An aqcuaintance offered to fix it for 50 bucks if I buy the parts, but he won't confirm if it's actually the motor or what else I should be checking. Oi.

This old thing has so many issues, but I can't keep driving with my face out of the window when the inside is frosted over 😒
