Well not so much a fab as it was a mod but still, when i bought my XJ the brother who had it had stapled the headliner which was sagging back up, as much as i laughed at the headliner looking like a whitewashed zebra I had to do something about it,
Took down the headliner board and pulled the fabric off,
took a shop broom and brushed off all the foam glue that was left over so the headliner board was down to just the fiberglass covering,
Sprayed 3M bed liner on the headliner board, after it was dry i hit it with the broom again just to make sure that all the crap foam was gone.

Ill post final installation pics in a few I'm waiting for it to finish drying

Its works great, keep forgetting to take photos. really looks good with my LED lights. It actually feels lighter than with all the material and nicotine riden foam. no crap blowing in my eyes and no sagging material.

Sorry totally forgot to reply. Will post pics after I get off work. Seems quieter. Used 3 cans. 1 can gets about half the headliner. Third can covered any imperfections.

So I used 3M spray on bedliner. Picked it up at OReilys for about 8$ a can. Took about 2 1/2 hours total with removal, cleaning, spraying and reinstallation. I like it. Wife is 20x happier.
