hello all, I bought my first jeep yesterday, a 91 cherokee. It had been a long time coming, and i finally pulled the trigger. I want to learn everything I can about maintaining and enjoying this jeep, but am pretty much starting from scratch.

So...here's my problem
My front right turn signal is out, and the back right turn signal lights up but doesnt flash. Im thinking that the front bulb needs to be replaced. So I went to my local auto parts dealer and asked for the front turn signal bulb. They gave me a set of sylvania 2357A. When i got to the jeep, I took off the amber corner lamp(?) to see a much smaller bulb that didnt want to come out very easily. I thought about taking it out and bringing it to the parts store, but rather than pull on it too hard, I put it back together and left it for the day. (The jeep isnt yet registered and therefore not going to be on the road for another week or so) After some research online, it looks like the bulb I have might be the parking lamp bulbs... but obviously Im not sure.

Anyone able to point me in the right direction, much appreciated.

Look at the bulb in the front turn/parking light. that one on the corner may be bad but i don't think it is the problem.
