That... would be a royal pain. in about a quarter of the time it would take to do that by hand you could go mow lawns or rake leaves and have enough to go get a cheap sawsal with some metal blades. Or an angle grinder and cutoff wheel.

Or if you have air

I don't see that coming out well. It will look like, well, like you did it with a hack saw. In other words, ****. I agree with donnie. Go mow three lawns and go to harbor freight and get an angle grinder. I think I paid between $20-$30 after the discount coupon which is in every 4x4 magazine known to man. Do it right or don't do it at all.

NO, NO, NO, NO, NO!!!! You know the phrase, "a hack job"? Well that's what your fenders will look like. Go earn a little money, buy an angle grinder and do it right. Harbor Freight has a 4.5" on sale for $14.99 right now.

Dude I would rather mail you one of my grinders with a cut off wheel then see the end result of you using a hacksaw.

I usually just use good quality snips (aviation snips) to do my fender trimming. Yes it takes a long time, but, you don't burn paint, burn specks in the windows, or have to worry about waking up the neighbors, lol.
