Default Grinding in the front end

I have roughly 4 inches of lift on my XJ, I put in a tcase drop until i can save up for an SYE. My new problem is when i am turning any corner that is sharper than a slight bend and hit the gas i get a grinding sound/feeling under my feet. Is it the tcase drop affecting this? It did this with my 27 inch tires and still does it with my 31's.

X2 this happens to me too I would like to know what it is. I just had a tune up and the mechanic didn't mention anything else wrong.
