Default Got the TB bored to 64mm

I received my TB today from Jeff Leigh http://www.strokedjeep.com/tbody.html and couldn't be happier on my 94 it increased throttle response and both low end and top end. I will add to this post about any improvement on gas mileage...Tj

Hey Joe, did you have to upgrade/change the injectors? Did you get it powder coated?

Hi Dan, I have the mustang injectors but haven't put them in yet and I didn't get it powder coated. I am extremely impressed with the throttle response it has now and no whistle. He did an excellent job on it and I am very happy with it...Tj

Sounds like a worthwhile upgrade then Joe. Thanks.

I've been meaning to get one of these for quite some time, but was weary as to if 64 mm was too much for stock. I already have upgraded Ford injectors and a Cold Air Intake (well, pretty warm actually but I'm wrapping it in heat tape soon). How long did it take him to do the work? All the other places charge the same price, but I've only found 62 mm. Thanks for letting us know about this. I think it's next on my list.

I got the same upgrade and love it too! i haven't noticed any MPG improvement thought. I did get a freer flowing muffler shortly after and that added some power but again, no MPG improvement.

It took me about 3-4 days to receive it after he got my core (I had a spare laying around) definitely worth the money he charges...Tj
