those bumpers on ebay priced at 270 plus shipping. the seller is lmp4x4parts. anyone running either this model bumper or any other winch bumper? id like to know if theyre worth investing on. im on a tight budget and no welding skills to build my own. anyone who is running these bumper please give me your input, how well theyre made and if they hold up in the trails. Seems like a good deal. They have good feedback. I dont know anyone personally that runs them. I dunno how much shipping is though!

 

they say shipping is 60. so you'll be looking at 339 shipped. not bad for a winch bumper, but again i want to do my research before i buy, maybe someone here is running this bumper.

Just based on the recent upspike in popularity of the XJ (have you saw the forums visitors/members/max log-in lately!?) one would think that prices on some of our beloved bits n peices wouls start to come down.

 

I've got one on my rig.. They are built pretty stout.. I don't have a winch yet but I've pulled on it a couple of times and It's great. I bought mine from Loagansmetalproducts.com Shipped to my door was $325.00.

 

man! being on a budget and making your rig look the way you want it to really sucks.. ill just have to save up some dough for the bumper..

 

Those bumpers look nice but it says part of it is made with 1/8 plate which if you ask me is a little thin. Littleleonard0909 makes a really nice looking winch bumper in the forsale section for $270 shipped. I plan on getting one of these pretty soon.

 

So far I have pulled logs out of the woods, smacked a few trees and winched to a tree and pulled a truck out of mud. The bumper is awesome...The only thing that would be better is if I had made it myself.
