These threads are so pointless and always full of useless info. TB spacer is a waste and the e3 plugs are even more of a waste.
I thought that a small lift (like 2 inches) didn't effect MPG's. I always thought that MPG's were effected by bigger tires.

No. I think stock is 28" tire? Two inch difference but weight of tire is also a factor and 30's aren't that heavy. I ran 32's on stock gears and was gettin 13 mpg. Stock I get probably 17-18 now.

I ran 1/2 a can of seafoam through the vac line and the other half through the gas tank. Also put Mobil One synthetic gear oil in the differentials. I went from around 14 mpg to 17 mpg! Next I'm doing the transfer case and Mobil One oil in the engine. I figure it couldn't hurt only make it better. Also I'm going to change my upstream o2 sensor. Almost 100k on it and god only knows when it was last changed. I'm also only stock with 215 tires.

No. A lot of people don't compensate their mileage for larger tires so don't forget about that.

If you're looking for highway mileage remember aerodynamics. Take off the roof racks if you're not using them, lighten up the load of your jeep. Don't carry junk around if you don't need to. I don't believe that lifting your jeep doesn't effect your gas mileage, it physically has to, even though it may be an extremely small amount (taller profile = more wind resistance). But those are basically the two biggest reasons jeeps and other SUVs get bad gas mileage: weight and aerodynamics. The more you can counter those two things the better your highway mileage should theoretically be.

U think takin off the roof racks will work good enough to justify taking them off?

It would be worth it if you do a lot of highway driving and don't really use your racks much if ever. Other than that you probably won't see a big difference.
