Default Gas Mileage Increase list?

OK, so i know there are other ways to find these things on here but i really just wanted a straight forward list of guarenteed increases in mileage per gallon. Gas prices are going up and i just installed my subs which are pretty hefty, so im looking for ways to counter act both of these obstacles. Id like to do some junkyard mods if i could, im just looking for ways to get the best gas mileage. I have a 2000 Xj with 2" lift and 31" A/T tires and a magnaflow muffler. not sure if any of these effect the mileage too much. Thanks for any help, i could really use it!

easy way to get better has mileage is 1) not to lift your jeep or put bigger tires on it 2) have a 4 banger put in it 3) 5 speed

Lift it as high as possible,it will cause death wobble forcing you to decrease speed therefore increasing your gas mileage.

you could throw a can of seafoam in it when ur at bout 3/4 of a tank. dump it in at the end of the day so it can soak in the gas overnight

Clean the air filter. I got 2 mpg increase (probably more, but my calculations are still in progress) by tossing the present the original owner got me.

hrmmm..i will take a stab at it since i'm building up a list to try and increase my gas mileage as well.

Seafoam
Upgrade fuel injectors
complete tune-up
CAI
62mm throttle body
aftermarket highflow exhaust system: headers, cat, catback
keeping tires around 29" (255 or 265/70R15)

The only thing I can offer is the usual stuff keep it tuned up change the oil regularly, check your tire pressure.I installed 703 injectors, not sure it made a mpg difference though if it did it was very little.Upgraded air filter would be a good idea.
